Sheri McSwain, BSN, RN, brings over 25 years of specialized expertise as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on obstetrics and high-risk antepartum care, to our healthcare process improvement firm. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University, Sheri’s career spans diverse healthcare settings across rural and urban facilities in states including Montana, New Mexico, Alaska, North Dakota, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her extensive experience as a travel nurse has honed her ability to navigate complex, dynamic environments, fostering innovative solutions that enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.
Brent McSwain, ADN, RN, brings over a decade of specialized expertise as a Registered Nurse to our healthcare process improvement firm, complemented by a prior career in construction management that honed his skills in budgeting, timeline adherence, and quality delivery. Holding an Associate Degree in Nursing from Indian Hills Community College, Brent’s extensive travel nursing experience spans diverse clinical settings, including ICU, PCU, medical, COVID units, and surgical environments, at esteemed facilities such as SIH Memorial Hospital, University of New Mexico Hospital, Mercy One Centerville, and HCA Oak Hill Hosptial.
